Anyone research how many miles these typically last on average?

I'm picking up my Arachnid wheels today, 1/24/18. Took ~ 8 weeks from first email to pick up date. We've now received all 5 referral awards. I don't think they have the bandwidth to answer referral questions in sufficient time. Responses have been super minimal and delayed.
