Intro was done in groups, or whoever is there at the time. I did it with one other person. Afterwards, your delivery specialist goes over the basics and setup of your car one on one.

I picked mine up in early Dec there. Very nice, free coffee bar and wifi. Before actual delivery they give a quick intro lesson on how to start the car, driving, etc. Delivery is in a huge warehouse with other Model S and 3s. Your car will have a few spotlights on it, making it look super sexy...

Just wanted to thank everyone who contributes to this forum; it really helped in my decision to finally purchase the X. A little backstory: put down the $5k reservation before the X was released, but build issues and other things led me to cancel the reservation. Still visited TMC constantly...
