Just following up on this. I visited a supercharger this weekend and the connector inserted fine, but had issues going green. Finally got it to work after a few tries. -

I just took delivery on December 26 and at home I am constantly getting amber on the car. Wiggling the connector a bit will get me to green eventually, but it's really hard to pull out as well. I wonder if I am having a similar issue...
