I check everything first too and then let it change, it means I dont have to worry about steering so I concentrate on other cars and dangerous scenarios. Plus I think it would do a good job at detecting cars in my blind spot.

Isn't that you need to press the break only when the car is off? I'm not sure they would want to or could coordinate to move the stalk deliberately but I'm more concerned about doing so accidentally.

The value of the PUP is probably mainly on heating, air and audio hardware. The hardware for self presenting door is already installed so to enable it I imagine is just a software update.. I decided to go for the PUP on my X100 but now I'm not sure the heating, air and audio are worth it, here...
