Question...what triggers the battery warranty replacement? any signs I should be looking for to warrant a replacement? I have ran my 2014 cpo 40kmiles in 4months so far and he's got over 90k in total.

Someone like me needs to charge 100 percent at home to get by the day without having to stop by the sc. And I would only charge to 80 percent at sc during trips that require multiple charging as that would save more time.

yea I wish was as lucky, regrets....stranded in snowy road for at least 2hrs was no fun. But the biggest regret is the loss of range. Now a full charge only goes to 253. I hope that's not an indication on the rate of loss I will endure. And my warranty will be gone in a few months. Wonder...

I happened to find a flat bed, but that is correct. If they can't locate one for you, they will reimburse towing fee.
