Construction is imminent. Tonight I saw rectangle of fencing with green wind screening up right where the permit shows. No picture because there wasn't anything to see other than fences; no actual construction has started.

According to the Tesla website, this charger is now live. I believe it said Q4 2022 when I checked a couple days ago.

I've made three trips from Chicago to Florida in the last two years and every time I have trouble at this charger, both coming and going. Usually I have to try 2-3 different chargers. I'll plug in, it will start charging at full speed, then a few minutes later it just stops.

I can't speak to 2017 but H&R Block Deluxe didn't include the form in 2016. I called them and they said I'd have to do that form by hand, transfer a number manually into the software, and mail my whole return to the government. Check irs.gov to see if the credit is still valid in 2017.
