This is not what happened in our case. We took delivery on 9/29 which was before the change that was made to the CHEAPR Program. CHEAPR requires that Tesla submit the application within 10 days of delivering the car. Tesla submitted our application on day 13, resulting in our application...- twscrap

We had exactly the same thing happen, and today we received notification that our CHEAPR application was ineligible because it was submitted after the 10 day deadline. CHEAPR Project Coordinator told me to take it up with Tesla. I am not hopeful at this point.- twscrap
