As someone who is trained in the paint and body industry, I will say some of these “imperfections” seen on the Model 3 are easy fixes if you know what your doing. I was with a family member when they took delivery of there M3 and was stunned by the amount of contaminants under the paint as well...

I requested a test drive, via Tesla website. I got a phone call today, inviting me too experience the P3D (Performance Model 3) at this location. The call came from the Tesla offices located in Chicago. @LBusDoor90 and I go on Friday too take a ride in it. Can’t wait!

That’s terrible. @LBusDoor90 Model 3 didn’t have nearly as many paint imperfections as some other owners, but the ones it had were easy fixes. By the way you have described it, yours were severe, which is unfortunate. Best of luck!

Looks excellent! That’s the same wrap @LBusDoor90 put on his console. It’s look way better than the (easily scratched) gloss black for sure.

Congrats! @LBusDoor90 And I took delivery of his 3 on 5/18/18. The delivery advisors there are amazing! We were that locations first Model 3 delivery, I wonder if there were any before yours? Otherwise your their 2nd!

Stunning is an understatement. I’ve always liked the look of red on Model 3 but, that black looks properly fantastic. Henry Ford once said, “you can have it in any color as long as it’s black”. Shoutout too the whole Tesla Cherry Hill team! They were amazing.

I enjoyed being part of the delivery experience, and would relive that day every day of I could. But, as i am studying paint and bodywork tech in an adult tech school, I do tend too notice the imperfections. But in all honesty it wasn’t that bad just simple fixes.

I agree it’s a great car, and can’t wait too experience it’s power and acceleration.

You might not want too sell the Prius yet! In all honesty. Tesla has always struggled with their build quality. Part of me thought they were doing better but now I’m in doubt.

The Cherry Hill location is great. I spoke too an employee there why confirmed Tesla’s 0-60 claim for the 3 is bogus, and that it’s much faster. He also stated that a dual motor version is coming by years end, but he shot down a P model, saying that isn’t happening and if it is he hasn’t heard...

Congrats uncle! Remember I get first ride in the 3. We need to test Teslas bogus 0-60 time. It’s really a shame they underrate everything with that car.

Sadly it was wrapped in a ugly blue, which can be seen on there Facebook page. Shop is designer wraps. Very well known in this area. They wrapped a 2.2 million dollar McLaren P1 a few months ago. They have high end cars there a lot. Even some nice Tesla’s.
