If you don't want to spend a ton on the center console I would second sroh's recommendation on going with a good Kenriko kit...or even RPM Tesla or any other vendor as the kits are all pretty much the same in my opinion - good vinyl cut to the proper specs to fit your center console...

Yes, the 48" should be enough for all 4 stickers. You don't really need the tools but they may come in handy with other projects you want to pursue ie. chrome delete or any other vinyl applications

I think the determining factors are the wheel color and how many other black accents you have ....when you black out the wheels you need to add a few black accents on the body (like side markers) to balance out the colors otherwise it looks weird - like you're rolling around on cheap spare tires...
