Chris was my ISA too. I didn’t hear when the truck was moving, but Chris got back with me shortly after they had the payment to start scheduling the delivery date. My car ended up getting in earlier too (and those calls came from the service center when the car arrived).

I stopped by the Plano Service Center this morning too (minor trim scratch I didn’t notice at delivery). Really nice center with a ton of room. Best part is it’s just a few blocks from my office. I agree ... the folks were top notch there too! It’s nice being able to trust in a car company...

BTW, if anyone needs an extra USB-C cable, I'll trade for a lightning cable. Looking forward to seeing more Model 3's roll into Dallas. When I was there last week, they said they are expecting quite the flood in the coming weeks!

Picked up from my tint job today. The shop did a great job with the one piece rear glass. I ended up choosing Llumar Formula One Pinnacle 30 ceramic tint all around, including sunroof area. Very experienced guys that just opened their new shop. Veteran owned and had very competitive pricing.

Picked up mine today. I got there about 10 minutes early and they were ready for me. Took 30 minutes tops. The car and interface are so intuitive, it’s very straightforward. Thanks to you guys, I remembered to check the glove box :) and it worked. Saw another black one on the way home. Needless...

It definitely seems like email communication is the most efficient for the process. Can’t imagine how they could manage taking and returning calls as timely. But I agree ... great customer service experience so far. It would take a lot of delays at this point to even drop down to the average...

I bet you’ll get delivery date of 29th or 30th. I’m just glad my vacation will distract me from this last phase of waiting!

My delivery date is set for 6/5 (could have been as early as 5/29, but had to work around my vacation schedule). I will say that my ISA, Chris, was fantastic. I got very fast replies from my emails (never had to call) and even worked through a paperwork change required from my bank, and...

Got my VIN this morning! Just over a month since config. Chris (my ISA) already reached out to me to get the ball rolling. One step closer!!!

Very nice looking ride! I had my eye on silver since the reveal, and still think it's the best choice (but all colors have looked great). My 7-year old had also wanted silver (but I guess that was his choice as a 5-year old ... he wanted Blue now - with the white interior - he's got good...
