Yes I believe you can go to Dublin for servicing or repairs, but I know they have a mobile ranger who can call to you too for minor issues.

On my current car (non Tesla), the headlights only come on after around 5-10 seconds of constant wiping due to rain, not immediately if wiping the windshield.
