My Y AWD LR from August with HW4 just got 2023.27.6 which is 11.4.7.2 FSDb.

Updates won't go back in the version order, but it is possible FSD 11.4.7 or better will be in a higher version release than that.

Picked up a Y with HW4 yesterday and I already miss the FSD beta. For all its faults it is definitely better than NoA on limited access highways. Going back to NoA really highlights how much better.

Item 3 of the agreement says the transfer can be up to one week after delivery. Hopefully you just have a delay. I would keep trying to get ahold of someone at Tesla. They don't make that easy.

Since the FSD beta is not available yet you'll basically get the EAP feature set during the 3m trial. The FSD beta really preforms well for highway driving. Much better than the old AP/NoA. City streets are improving but have a way to go.
