The driver is personally responsible for all your damage, independantly of whether he/she is insured or not.

You better do NOT do any OTA. Tesla might block you from SC everywhere, like they did to my Tessi. The recent update is encrypted so almost no Hacker can take Teslas malware off. Tesla EU provides no guaranty, no service and no spare parts to Cars purchased for a different country than EU.

Elon, as a customer, would certainly NOT tolerate that kind of BS from any manufacturer, so why do they treat us like Sh.... ?

Tesla did that to my Tessi, the second time, since one week ago for all kinds of DC- charging, fast or slow (@Ikea, about 16kw/h) at Tesla SC, about 89kw/h, and everywhere else. They even encryted this malware, so once it's on the car it cannot be hacked.

They work, but only at general, public chargers, which are not only slow, 32kw/h but also hard to use, because there are at leat 50 different owners, who all let you charge only with their charging card and -app. Siudden running out of juice is not recommended.

Has anyone an idea how to unblock aDC block by software „update“ from Tesla?

My supercharger adapter works in Europe, so far on my 2013 S60 of up to 96KWH. The "Tesla Clinic" in Prague made it for me. It did cost 800,- EURO. Contact Evelyn Brezinova in this Forum, here.

This "hard reset" did not work on my 2013 S 60. Even when I unplugged all the little fuses and put them back again after 2 min. :(((. I did not unplug the relays, though, nor the 3 40Amp orange fuses.
