This isn’t exactly a helpful update, but there was a company at the site yesterday doing some landscaping. Adding mulch around the boxes and stuff. Maybe this means all the underground work is done? I did not see a new electricity meter in their wheelbarrow. 😊

There are more than half a dozen massive hydroelectric dams within 20 km of this SuperCharger. A lack of power better not be the problem. 😊

A crew is on site this morning loading all the fencing onto a flatbed. There's also an excavator there with a fresh hole in the ground.

We finally have a green box in Castlegar!!! :)

Two new Chademo's were installed at Rock Creek's new visitor center about two years ago. It's about 1 km east of the Petro Can. I use them every time I travel between Kelowna and Castlegar. I think there's a J17 there as well.

Have there been recent updates on the Grand Forks SuperCharger? It doesn't appear on the Tesla website and all the news I can find on TMC seems to be quite old (or the articles are related to Grand Forks North Dakota :)).

Underground work is done. They are tamping down the dirt this morning. I asked one of the workers where they were headed next and he said they were going to Surrey. I’d post a picture but I don’t have an account with any of the allowed systems. 😀

Construction officially started on the Castlegar SuperChargers last week. 8 SuperChargers and 3 "Universal Chargers". Still at the very early stages. Just piles of dirt right now, but it is finally happening. I live in Castlegar and will send out updates as needed.
