    I don't think you need to sell the car into the LLC, you could contribute it as an in-kind contribution. Asset transfer to your wholly owned (disregarded entity) company in exchange for equity in the LLC.

    Can confirm, I was at a company event that rented out a Model S, and it was launched multiple times in an hour until it hit a pot hole and the tires popped.

    I'm getting quite a low range— ~180 miles! consumption is 418 Wh to 458 Wh per mile. This is with AC on. Maybe accelerating too aggressively?
