    Phase 2 of Oregon Rebate?

    Got an email from DEQ today that EV rebate went live and phase 2 has officially started, they will send an separate email contains application packet. The order will be determined by Phase 1 registration date. Application has to be mailed to or dropped off at DEQ office in Portland.
