Got a call from Tesla yesterday afternoon, picking up car Friday. Hopefully good news for the other people on this forum who ordered in early June, late May. Ordered June 9th. I think Tesla is doing everything they can to fill all the orders made before July 11th.

I had all my boxes checked first day. June 9th. No call no vin. Dreadful customer service.

Tesla has a serious issue with their order system. I’ve seen a number of customers myself included on this forum that have placed orders weeks before others in the Toronto area. Customers with the exact same configuration living in the same area(delivery area) are gett8ng their orders built out...

Exact Same configuration. Ordered June 9th. Nothing yet. What gives with this company? If I could only talk to someone at Tesla with some information. I continue to get customer service people with no answers. What’s the point of getting in a queue if your number doesn’t matter.

I am in the same boat. Talking with customer support in Utah is pointless. No has any answers except to say " you are closer to your delivery date" duh!

Has anyone been in contact with Tesla and know of any plans to fulfill the September 10th deadline for orders before July 11th? Still waiting in the dark with no word about a car or VIN. Is the time frame too short now? I will be awfully upset if someone who ordered after me receives their...

Ordered June 9th still nothing. 11 weeks yesterday. Emails and phone calls go nowhere, no one seems to have an answer. There really is no rhyme or reason to the way they fill orders. Customer service is abysmal!

Just checked my Tesla account and no update for me. Ordered June 9th LR Solid Black 18" Aero Wheels. Tomorrow will be 11 weeks since my order. Tesla estimated 4-8 weeks. Maybe they have stopped making black cars. I knew i should have ordered a different colour!

Does anyone have a decent contact at Tesla? Ordered a LR RWD on June 9th. With a 4-8 week delivery window. Saturday it will be 11 weeks with not a word from Tesla. Does anyone know when the cars being delivered now, ordered? Repeated emails go unanswered. Frustrating customer service.
