I do not dispute what you have said. My feeling is that I want to enjoy the vehicle looking brand new for as long as I can, and with the minimal amount of continuous work on my part. ;) I do this with my motorcycles as well.

Tesla has now proven how successfully profitable the Model 3 is, that they can afford to give two fobs to each Model 3 owner as the phone/cards have not worked out as expected, and reduce some of the 20-25% margin we assisted with. ;)

Seems to be the norm, I see trucks delivering to the local dealerships (the other guys) with no protection on them. I could see once the mad dash is over, that the later cars get some protection added as that would just fit in with Tesla......but the deliver panic is still on ;)

I think when a location does receive a truckload (or more), they empty out of the lot as fast as the owners can get through the paperwork/orientation. tony b, you will have to come back and let us know what your location was like on a Saturday ;)

Totally agree, functions like that would make voice activation of them extremely useful while driving. Taking your eyes and concentration off driving to make any changes is never a good thing, so we'll make it a safety request ;) if we can find the best way to submit it.

I went from Delivery Scheduling Advisor, then to Delivery Advisor, and now, to the Team when picking up the vehicle.....and as the delivery point is an huge Exhibition Center, I'm to wait till I meet them to ask about extra Key cards etc..... What a Ride! ....all to get a Better Ride ;)

FWIW In my case the Tesla loan is being handled by a Canadian Bank, if anything further is required I imagine I'll be requested to visit a branch with said information.

I believe you should take all your paperwork with you to the delivery. Verification of facts are quick when you have all your documents in hand. Personally, I have a copy of everything related to this transaction, emails included to ensure any delay is not MY doing ;)
