I was at the Polo Park site yesterday. The workers there are only working and building the ramp and don't know anything about a charger being built. They said that Manitoba Hydro installed the transformer but don't know what it's about. To extrapolate, perhaps Hydro installed their transformer...

I spoke with a worker on the north side of Gastrak convenience store at Pembina who told me that the discussions with Tesla did not go through. I got the impression that Gastrak did not allow them to use their site. There is no suggestion of any construction going on.
