    I have the same issue. I can't see them on my computer either. Is a minimum number of posts required?

    Rear air vents not active unless weight detected

    I read somewhere (can’t recall where) that the passenger side matched the passenger side temperature and the driver side vent matched the drivers side temperature. They suggested setting one hot and the other cold to verify, but I haven’t tried that myself.

    The second vendor is now showing at least 6 weeks from order to delivery.
