It was about 4 months in total, from when I took photos and they designed the system to when I could turn it on. After install, it was 2 weeks or so for final inspection, then another 2 weeks for PGE to let me turn it on

I too had a great install experience, it was the lack of communication leading up to the install that was bad. The install team was fantastic, very pleasant and did high quality work

Agree with Jay, the customer service for their solar installs leaves a lot to be desired. In the end, the install team and the tech who was at my house for final inspection was great. However all through the process it was a black hole of communication. If you have the phone number for the sales...

You should be able to find a non-smoker car in CA no problem. If you can't then Ozium on a hot day will do wonders, spray it in the car (hold your breath) and leave it in the sun to "cook"

Check out Transparent glass coatings in Aptos, they use Llumar tint films. I had them do side windows and back of my MS with Formula 1 pinnacle ceramic (including 1 piece back) for $369 - next level up to Stratos was about double that

I'd like a count down clock built into the supercharger - here in CA many stations have signs saying 40 minute limit for charging. Many people ignore this and sit on the charger much longer. If there was a count down clock, the charger would stop @40 minutes, then back in line if you need 100%

Ah...this is probably my same problem, I've been trying to convert mine to RC control as well, but have been experiencing some motor controller issues, I bet it's because the battery is timing out w/o a signal from the gas pedal. I'm really interested in what solution you come up with

My understanding is that you have to send an email to customer support with the supporting documentation to make the transfer and that the previous owner cannot make the change for you
