AP option decode
Can anyone make sense of this for me. I believe it says AP 2.0 hardware but does the No AP firmware mean Autopilot is not turned on? And need to be bought? Looking at buying a used Tesla and wanted to confirm AP. Any help would be appreciated. Picture attached- Superman910

2015 90D vs updated 2016 90D
I have been looking a couple CPO Tesla and I wanted to get peoples thoughts on this 2015 90D and has all the options (Sound system, Air suspension, Sub zero) with the exception of the hi-speed charger. 30K miles and asking is about $55K.
