I've been dealing with the same issue described in this thread since I first touched lumbar a week after I got the car in September. There's a hump in the back of the seat (sits above where you'd expect lumbar to be) that wreaks havoc on my back and shoulders. I've tried to have them adjust it...

So what did you find? I seem to have the same problem, and the passenger seat is much more comfortable for me due to the lack of lumbar
