The Highland Park service center has been amazing and very helpful. Booking appointments through the app or online is very easy. Always received a loaner car when needed. I don't have any experience with other service centers so I can't compare.

My app (on iPhone) also stopped sending the "Charge Complete" notifications recently, but removing and re-installing the app fixed this problem for me.

I'm glad it worked out for you and thanks for the information! It's amazing that even without the supercharger network and with such high prices you still have 300 Tesla's over there. One more question: Did you get the autopilot package and if yes, how well does the autopilot work on your roads?

@Shatunishko I know this is off topic, but maybe you could share with us your experience with owning/driving a Tesla in Russia? It looks like currently there is only one supercharger in Russia, and I'm not sure if there is any other public charging available.

I might be lucky here, but my customer service experience with Tesla has always been good, and my local service center is amazing. On top of that, I love my car and driving has never been so much fun!

I had that issue too. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixed it for me.

When my car was in service for few days I was given an Enterprise loaner, which was a nice Cadillac..
