I decided to go to the delivery center for pick up so I could take my time and inspect the vehicle for any issues. I heard someone on this forum mention that during home delivery, they basically drop the car off, collect payment, and leave. I'd rather have the time to take a good look at everything.

I would just call any sales center in the LA / OC area to be honest and find out if they have a match.

Yeah I called my sales advisor and asked him to find me a match and fortunately he found one right away. I just got my delivery text and email for Direct delivery to home on 12/19. Responded asking if I could pick up at the Delivery Center in Costa Mesa and just heard back from them saying that...

11/4 black/black EAP Aero here - no reservation - just switched from MR to LR RWD yesterday - and they matched me to a car in Costa Mesa! Still waiting for VIN and delivery text but was told by the SA I should expect them in the next day or two. Good luck to everyone waiting! Can't wait to get...

Any SoCal MR delivery dates recently? I felt like there was some movement last week but haven't seen anything come through in the last few days (at least in this forum) for Socal. 11/4 line waiter, black/black, EAP, Aero here. Wondering about switching to LR in case I don't hear anything by mid...

I talked to my sales rep in Brea and he said that all orders before Nov 30 are guaranteed for delivery in Dec. Of course, there was no mention of how they plan on backing that guarantee up - as in, deliver before Dec 31 or discount the car by 3750. That said, no VIN match yet for me so the wait...

Ha.. I literally just got a call from Tesla and hoped it was the news I was wanting to hear... but nope, it was just them trying to sell their Solar product - :)

11/4 order here too, but the only call I received was from the Tesla sales guy asking if I'd like to buy an LR RWD for 3k more. Depending on your configuration, if you're willing to upgrade, they apparently have a limited number of vehicles right here in SoCal.

Anyone in Socal / OC get delivery notifications yet? Haven't heard a peep.

Ordered MR black exterior / black interior w/ EAP, 18" Aero 11/4 and don't see any updates on my Account page. If a VIN gets assigned, should I expect a text or do I have to keep checking my account page?
