Yeah, I feel like at this point customer service doesn't know what to say. They just responded to my email saying that they will forward my request to the appropriate team once i provide my mailing address "in case they want to send a check." I'll wait a couple more weeks and follow-up again.

He said "a few days." It was 7k yesterday. It is $3k today. I'm guessing the reduction is the result of that meeting. I just purchased it. I can't imagine it is going to go lower. The combined price of EAP + FSD is now at at the price new customers are paying.
