Got a call from my local rep Wednesday, turns out they had a LR RWD in the same configuration I ordered. Pulled the trigger for 4k more. Taking delivery next Friday locally in Los Angeles.

It was $9500, that said I sold a BMW 335 a year and a half ago for ~29k private party. I can understand how people get concerned about doing large transactions themselves but it's really not that risky or difficult if you go by a few guidelines. Scammers almost always want to do the transaction...

My store specialist guy said they’ll be doing deliveries until midnight 12/31. I think you could push it out indefinitely. We have the same concern

When did you get your delivery date? Are you a previous tesla owner? I’m a day 1 res holder, same configuration and Configured on the 20th and have not heard a peep.

Super curious when you'll get your delivery date. I configured 10/20 but am a day 0 reservation holder. We ordered the same car and are within a 30min drive of each other.

Los Angeles, CA Day 1 Reservation Holder 10/20/18 configuration White MR EAP 18" wheels No delivery date, no vin, nothing. Sucks that non-reservation holders are getting delivery dates before day 1 people. Oh well.... Just hope I get the car before an international trip at the end of December.
