Okay, then Tesla should say that. At this point, they are stating that there will be no repair/replacement done under warranty. I don’t mind waiting a few months either, but having a yellow screen on a 6 month old $90K car is unacceptable.

I am with you and disappointed as well. I am trying to find out if there is some strength in unity to make Tesla responsible for their defective component? Are there any ideas for this?

Is there way to escalate this issue? Now Tesla seems to be breaking its warranty contract. Maybe if enough of us file the complaint on BBB, Tesla may be forced to replace?

Wow! Are you trying to escalate this? This is unacceptable given that the screen is faulty to begin with.

Is the screen not replaced under warranty happening to everyone even if their car is brand new? Or is it just happening to people whose warranty is expired?

Not yet. This morning, the transformer box was open and someone was working on it.

Driving on 69 south, I believe I saw the green transformer.
