I had this same issue. Only 8000 miles. I took it to the service center and they said the break pins? moved so they replaced them under warranty.

Mine is a wall mount. It was installed on a beam by a Tesla energy electrician. I'm confused why that is causing anxiety?

I just wrap it around the wall charger. There's a place for it and the nozzle hooks in.

They have been covered like this for almost 2 months now. I wish I knew what they ate waiting for.

I was able to use it today. I purchased a 32gb flash drive. I inserted it in the usb port and it worked just fine. It's not in HD but it's pretty amazing. I'm looking forward to future updates.

I called Tesla and they told me it would open during the first week of December.
