The address is a Target, this would be the third supercharger announced in Minneapolis metro in the last month. That would make sense, they've been talking about rolling out to Targets around here for about a year.

I didn't see any sign of the transformers or the supercharger stations, so I'm assuming they haven't shown up yet. Could be less than a month, but no reason to give me an aggressive eatimest I suppose

Looks like posts for signs have gone in. I chatted with the contractor onsite, he said they'd probably be done in a month, but Xcel might take longer.

I have the same phone, and the same thing worked for me. I tried several other solutions first but nothing worked until I checked for a new OS version. Definitely worth a shot, especially if you have a Moto G.
