FYI - I have accidentally hit the Park button while on the highway......it gave me the "naughty" sound audible but did NOT put it in park. It did nothing.....kept on going in drive. Wondering if speed is a factor for actually engaging Park.

We have a long gravel driveway and have had the loud "milling" sound a couple of times now. I all cases for us it disappeared rather quickly usually when changing directions for a brief drive. Usually gone prior to exiting the driveway. I too thought it was a stuck caliper but a rock etc...

Anyone with a Performance AWD apply and have their application accepted? Seems this price point does not qualify, but perhaps the regulations have shifted based on this string?

I wonder if this is not a "wake up" protocol issue. Certainly not a question of "perception" when there is NO sound coming from the rear sub....and virtually nothing coming form the rear seating area speakers. Incredibly frustrating and SUCKING THE JOY from these 4 wheels of mine.......

Yesterday 64.2 delivered significant rear sound and bass to my delight........today's morning commute sounded like a tin can speaker and NO bass. Still an ongoing issue. Pull the balance back and there is nothing. Not sure if the reset will work as I did not have time to try.....BUT, one...

Noticeably better on 46.2. Tesla wrote me back today on my account stating they have escalated my (our) sound issue.

Curious what your thoughts are on stereo sound after updat to 46.2(?). Any improvements?

Stumbled on this string as there is another one with folks having rear sound system issues (flat / no sub / etc.). For me, the resets worked for a day or so before reverting back to an obvious difference when balancing front vs. rear (mush stronger in the front). Customer service said they are...

Updated: I notified the team of this string (we are not alone).....the issue is being escalated.

I posted this fix from customer support.....however, it seems to have reverted as others are reporting here today. Pulling the balance to the back is extremely obvious....weakness. I'm on hold for customer support again......if nothing else, they will be aware there is a sound quality issue...

Damn....Suggest to call customer service. This is where I got the sequence through....they walked me through the process. I had previously tried the two wheel reset but it did not work. It was the other two steps that helped correct (off for 2 minutes, deleting all bluetooth devices).

If you pull the balance to rear only...there is no sub at all!....in addition to feeling flat in all ranges.

I notified Tesla via “ask a question” under manage account....still no response.

It's really terrible sounding......completely flat...lost all of it's richness. I'm sure they will get it addressed but in the interim I am not enjoying my drive. The back seat is even worse.

For awareness, I informed Tesla using the "ask a question feature" in Manage tab of Tesla account. I'm hoping others have as well.

Has happened to me numerous times trying all of the "fixes" I have read on fb or here on the forum. All with phone entry, haven't tried the keycard (I simply prefer not to use that!).
