Agreed that it feels different than 3/Y! We have a '18 M3P and now a '22 MYP and the sound system feels louder... we're often in the 6-7 range in the '22 MSLR vs what felt like 4-ish on the 3/Y.

Just as a data point... our new Model S has been at the tint/paint/PPF/etc. shop almost a week, it's only lost 2% SOC.

Yes, this is confirmed. On the cars with only data on the glovebox they don't ship the game controller-only games. Somewhere else someone had a text message thread with a service center about this who offered lukewarm "maybe there will be a retrofit" or "maybe they will end up shipping the games".

Choose between a MYP and a MSLR, non-Plaid... save the $$$. We took delivery of both recently, replacing an '18 M3P, and both are zippy. The 2022 MYLR is faster than our M3P was and has the 'insane' acceleration instead of plaid, still plenty fine.

Maybe they do just direct delivery? We traded our '18 M3P in for a '22 MYP a few weeks ago, and they just drove the new car to our condo in downtown Seattle, had me sign in, and then they drove off with my trade.

VIN NF464 just landed for me here in Washington State after our previous delivery and VIN was given to someone end of quarter in California instead. Hopeful this means its real.

EDD moved from Jan 8 - Jan 18 (slip this morning) to Jan 9 - Jan 15 just now. New VIN assigned. NF4647xx.

They're going to the rest of the country that's not the west coast. WA-OR-CA really do get the worst of it all as we only get slotted in the end of the quarters given the quicker transportation time.

We just switched from a 2018 M3P to a 2022 MYP, with insane resale values now, our net cost was forfeiting the worthless FSD package that we chose not to get on the Y. So, great upgrade, so much more space, for $10k.

Now pulled out to 1/4-1/17.

Washington's always had a particularly rough end of quarter experience. We had a M3P order last year around this time that kept getting pushed, eventually we just canceled once we were punted to the end of the following quarter for it. Most of us get "Tesla delivery experience amnesia" soon...

Yeah, that's my exact spec, hmm. Thursday the 23th is when they went into hyperdrive for me to agree to take delivery vs my original April estimate. I didn't want FSD but that's just a software bit on the order process now and they push it for all their direct sales.

Any chance you have a screenshot of it? Not sure if it shows the VIN or not... Tesla just pulled my VIN which was for a MSLR Blk/Wht and I was last told it was in Portland but my delivery was being pushed from 1/30 to 1/31 because of the weather. They pushed me hard to get power of attorney...

Oh interesting... I wonder at what point they pull the VIN out from under one of us and sell the car as fast as they can at the end of the quarter wherever the truck is (i.e. Portland).

I wouldn't qualify for any credits, but for tax purposes the sales tax on the car has advantages.

We just got bumped from 12/30 to 12/31 delivery. Doubtful it'll really hit. Would love it to happen this year though for tax purposes.

Quite fine, we were able to navigate most of downtown Seattle and get to the airport and back via 99/509. We'll be confident going to Snoqualmie and snowshoeing, but I'm not sure I would want to get too far from the highways or any truly deep snow with the low profile without true snow tires.

Super happy they're delivering the MYP with these A/S now in more regions...
