The tail lights was flushed. After I got home I did notice the rear seats don’t always fold down via button.

tesla has a lot of cars in preproduction the vin is base off which car fits your order. thats why you see people with 74xxx vins and 12/11 built date

tesla vins are not sequential. they have a bunch of car in production ready to go and base on color and options is where you get your vin.

i stopped by Tesla Springfield shop and the SA said as long the order date was before 12/15/20 the rebate is good. however he did say send in the rebate form ASAP because the fund is low on cash.
