10 days or so ago I could not file since the form was not there, but then I was able to file with t-tax on the 17th. I claimed credits for Solar, Heat Pump, and Heat Pump Hot Water Heater.
May or may not be related - but there is some new spray paint markings at the site. There is also some basic fencing up to the right in front of the cars (not in the pic).
'My' plan is that the charging stations would be all in a row backed in along Arriba St. facing the front of Vons when parked. Circled in red.
The under-used parking on the East side of Vons is also a possibility. The corner near Leucadia's outdoor seating is another idea, but I don't think...
For reference, here is my 12' Ocean Kayak Malibu Two on my Model 3. I just lift it up and set it in the saddles from the side. Much easier than they way I would basically throw it up on top of my Grand Cherokee.
Very cool. This will be the closet station to me. I don't count that hotel pay garage slow-charge location.
Off peak supercharging, even after the latest price increases, is still less than SDGE.
One last update and then I will stop my accidental hijack of this thread.
Yes, I am in a condo, but I do have HOA approval to use the roof. I would / will be the second owner in the complex to add panels.
After some seemingly good back and forth over the design, Tesla cancelled. That is fine...
Congrats ShoeHo.
I'm starting the process here too with a 4.8kw / Powerwall build and I was wondering the same thing about quote vs. final total. I have a couple of issues to resolve. 1. I don't think I have a place for a Powerwall, and 2. There is no good path that I can see for conduit from...
Thanks for posting this.
I'm going to use this to hopefully find and eliminate some of the creaks and squeaks and groans the the SC could hear but didn't resolve.
Kayaking in my case. I'll probably take my phone with me - inside a small water resistant phone pouch, inside a dry bag, inside a not-waterproof backpack, in the hold of my Sit-On-Top - so I expect it will stay dry. If I find myself worried about my phone while I'm out there I'll bring a keycard...
This is how it could work:
1. Open door with keycard.
2. Reach in and grab your phone.
3. Close the door.
4. Turn on BT.
5. Use the app to lock your doors.
Then use your phone to unlock as normal?
* step 5 may not be necessary.
Mine were broken by the tech after installing the HomeLink module. I have a service appointment for replacements (and to correct the now-misaligned bumper cover). When I look at the broken parts it really looks like there are designed to fail. It seems to me that it must be a very small? part of...
Here's my (12ft) Ocean Kayak Malibu Two on the Tesla roof rack. This was my first time installing the roof rack. It's not super fun to install, but really not that bad. Removal is easy.
This was all test fitting and I didn't drive anywhere. My kayak spot is 4 miles away on low speed roads so...
My Homelink module was installed today on my '22. I was expecting that the bumper cover would not be removed. The tech said it had to be removed. I thought about cancelling the installation - and it turns out I probably should have - but it is installed. I have an appointment at a service center...
I had a couple bumps, to March 8-31, then 11-31, and now today bumped and narrowed to Mar 13-27.
Frunk mat, Console bins, and Garage door opener all waiting in a pile in my garage. Also have the Roof Rack which will only go on when I need it for the Kayak.
It just now showed up in the used list for 61K. !!! It's in excellent shape and has low miles. I still kind of want to cancel my order and buy this one but it's simply not a good deal.
It looks like they added acceleration boost.

Thanks.
From your pics, it looks like the charging stations will be over to the NW of where I saw the conduit and work recently.
I think your pics are the area in red and my guess is that they will spill over to the yellow area.
The return process went smoothly. I was there about 30 mins total including waiting for my Lyft ride.
On my way home I received an email showing a $0 balance. The car is now removed from my app and is now shown under "Previously Owned Cars" in my online account dashboard.
I drive past Liberty station and back 4 or 5 times per week. I don't really get a good view as I pass by but last week I did see signs of activity. Today I drove down into the parking lot near the project and saw lots of progress. I didn't take a pic as workers were there and actively working...
Yes that seems to be the case. I received an email with an updated quote letter showing $0 due.
I just got a confirmation of my return scheduled for noon this Thursday. I will update with anything relevant once the return is done.
It does seem odd to me that the closest return location to San...
Just got the email and yes I can turn it in on or by the 24th with no additional payment.
When I drove home after picking up this car in July 2019 I was already dreading the day it would have to go back....
My phone call attempt also ended with being told to email [email protected] which I just did.
I'm asking about that extra lease payment amount that is requested and if it is refunded, or partially refunded, based on the actual return date.
Yes- when I went back and looked at it today, it was exactly one months lease payment. I got busy with work today and didn't call. I'll try again tomorrow.
My inspection was yesterday. My car is in great shape with low miles. Today I got an email from the inspector saying everything was fine and there would be no extra charges.
However now when I check the status on the Tesla site it states it will be $600 something to turn it in.
I purposefully did not complete my pre-delivery tasks while I did a home re-fi and then arranged financing through my CU. I also started the process of returning my leased '19 (due back in July) early.
My tasks are all done now and I'm waiting for a VIN. The app shows March 2-30 but it has...
My previous post was mod-moved to here from the Model 3 LR AWD Waiting Room thread where my update and question probably made more sense.
Buying a new Model 3 hinges on being able to successfully turn in my current lease early. I'm hoping it is just as simple as it looks but want to know if...
I decided to do a home refinance while waiting, and have not yet completed my tasks. Now that the refi is done it's time for me to get going on this.
Has anyone successfully turned a lease in early with no fees and no further lease payments? Here is my early lease termination quote:
Estimated...
San Diego here.
MSM/Black/19's No FSD
OD Nov 19.
At the time my EDD was January.
I'm not in a big hurry. I have a leased 2019 due back July '22 in the same config +FSD. My plan is to take delivery next year when hopefully BBB is in effect, then turn in my 2019 early.
It pains me to type this. After many years of wanting and waiting I was finally able to ditch gas and lease a Model 3 in July 2019. It was everything I was hoping for and more. It is the best vehicle I have ever had the pleasure to drive. While a lease made it possible for me to get this car, I...
I received a check today for the equivalent of 20% of three months of premium payments. I'm guessing it must be March, April, AND May.
Will June, July, and more be coming in the future?
