Tsportline has a carbon fiber dash kit but it's not cheap. There are probably other alternatives but that's the first that came to mind.

Ordered a new LR Model S, red with black interior and FSD on 8/26. Got my VIN 8/27. Notified today, 9/7, that the car has been built and is on its way to Paramus, NJ. Scheduled delivery for 9/22. I am in Maine but elected to drive down to NJ rather than do home delivery. Can't wait!

I have the same setup as the video in the OP, OEM rack with Yakima SweetRoll. You are correct, the shape of the car makes the rollers useless for rear loading. I just muscle it up from the side.
