service is highly dependent on location. I don’t see many Teslas in central PA, and service is fine. We got the car in Devon and I was happy with the experience. Given your location, service should be a reason TO buy one, not a reason to walk away.

OP here - thanks for all the useful info. Sounds like what I am doing (charging to 60%) is about right for maximizing battery health. Good to hear it seems that "shallow" cycle charges (5% many times vs 50% less many times) is better for the battery.

I have a short commute. The car is plugged in every night to charge. Given the low daily consumption, what is the best 5-8% of the battery to use for its health? 60-52? 50-42? Higher or lower? Current daily charge level is 60%, which is based on research on this forum and a couple other places.
