I ordered Model 3 Performance today & response said 2 weeks delivery. After reading the posts here looks like it'll be much longer.

Install was $300 which included parts with electrician. Seemed like an easy install for him. Took 2 hours. He ran 1" pipe from the panel, 6 gauge wire, 60 amp. Up & running.

I've been to CarMax a few times to check trade-in value. And yes the offers I received were crazy low "wholesale". I did not sell to them. You might be better going back to Tesla to get an offer or sell on your own.
