I agree, more people will be prone to park there and block the chargers in the front, rather than around the back of the building.. but they probably also did it to make it easier to see from 73. Hopefully it's up and running soon!

I haven't been to the one at the promenade yet, what don't you like about it? The app always tells me that there are at least two or three stalls in use, even when I checked once in the middle of the night. is it common for it to be that busy or is it just the app accounting for possibly down...

Nothing yet. Not sure if any of the vehicles are for the chargers or not, because I didn't actually see anybody out there. I live right down the street and keep checking!
