I think it was just the grand opening crowd since they were having people park in the street behind the chargers. The lot wasn’t big enough to handle the crowds. Hopefully it dies down during normal operations.

Stopped by here on Friday for updates. Stalls are all still bagged. It appears they’re waiting for the transformer to be installed since the pad where the 3 posts are is still vacant.

Been a couple weeks since I last stopped by for an update but it looks to be coming along nicely.

Drove through this area today to grab lunch and snapped a few progress pics. Looks like the bases are in the process of installed. I still didn’t see any cabinets or stalls on site yet.

So I think this one might be alive again with a Q2, 2022 targeted opening date based on the Tesla website. I stopped by Panera to grab coffee this morning and noticed a fairly large area fenced off with a crew trenching the back ends of about 12 parking spots. Didn’t see any pallets of charging...

These still aren't online yet but my girlfriend was able to snap a few pics while stopping for gas on her way home from Palm Springs this afternoon. 12 stalls confirmed with "out of service ev charging is coming soon" stickers covering the Tesla logos.

New stalls are still bagged. I’m starting to think they’re waiting on the rubber blocks to be installed on the ground before opening them up.

They were not live when I last stopped by here on 11/15 at the end of a road trip to TN. They had the "coming soon" bags over them. I'll report back tomorrow on my way up to LA for Thanksgiving.

Stopped by to charge tonight and noticed that equipment was delivered to add 4 new posts.

Been a few weeks since I last drove through and decided to stop by on the way to the La Costa SC. Fences are down and the big green transformer is installed. Could be open any day now right?

I think a new SC opened up near Julian at the end of March so hopefully that eliminates any range anxiety for people staying up at Palomar with Temecula or 4S being the nearest SC's.

Drove through the parking lot on my way to Costco and noticed that there were only 14 posts up (from what I was able to count at least; hopefully they have two more coming). Construction is progressing and it’s starting to come together though so that’s a good sign.

Great news! This will definitely relieve any range anxiety when in town and allow for more time to be spent doing activities outside of L2 charging.

I just noticed the same thing this afternoon on my LR RWD. No lanes, cars, or speed on the screen (did not try turning on AP). Also noticed that the headlights were on in broad daylight. Will try the reset after dinner. On software 8.6.1 that was just pushed to my car on Thursday 4/18.

The 5 new stalls are now open! This location now has 25 chargers. Currently charging at one of the new stalls and it appears that they’re the same speed as the others (72kW).
