We finally received our rack Monday 04/22. We ordered and paid for it on 02/07. The clips that we received are the silver clips with no gap in the center of the clip. I can also confirm the 5-6 Nm. tightening spec on the paper instructions included. The print is really small on the instructions...

Tifighter, Yes I Too ordered my roof rack on Feb 7th and still haven't received a shipping date. I also emailed Tesla and received the same vague response. Due to reading this forum I am actually glad that they didn't ship out a rack with the defective clips. Hopefully they will ship this out...
