Yes. When I sold my car last year on Craigslist to buy the model 3. I just brought all the information to the dmv for both cars and they applied the credit right there.

I calculated about $4500 difference. The taxes should be minimal because in MO you get a tax credit for the trade in. Still not a small amount though. No car payments so at least I don’t have to worry about that.

Carvana offered me $34,900 for my black no option SR+. I Would trade it for the 2021 SR+. Good idea? Has anybody used carvana before and can l tell me what to expect? A little off topic, but if selling to carvana should I keep the moble charger or should that go with the car?

My SR+ puts on about 5 miles for every hour of charging on a 120V plug. So about 40 miles for an 8 hour work day(200 miles a week). If you know how far you drive every year you can estimate how well this will work for you. But definitely make sure another charger is close to your house. Also...
