Similar issue. After upgrading to ios15 must use keycard to unlock car. Have tried turning Bluetooth off and back on. Also have tried deleting phone from car and reinstalling it. Once the car is unlocked I am able to drive without using the keycard. Any suggestions with solving the issue is...

I had a similar issue about a month ago. They sent the mobile service out and it was determined I had to bring it in for service. Not positive what they changed out, but they did replace the unit that receives the signal to open the door. In other words it was not an issue with the door itself...

Problem solved. Just happened to me last night. This morning tried the camera again and it still didn’t work. Tried a hard reboot, no help. After viewing the posts on this thread I turned off sentry and pulled the dash cam stick. Then did a hard reboot again and let the car sit for 30 minutes...

Welcome. I real enjoy the car as well. Have taken 2 road trips (SR+), from Minnesota to the Carolina coast. No problems, an absolute joy. Leaving in 2 weeks for the same trip again.

I tried the hotspot this morning. I also tried a reboot this morning but will try again and also switch to the hotspot again.

Thanks for the reply, but just to clarify mine is a Model 3 and on the software page the message reads: Update Available Please connect to Wi-Fi to download the Software Update. Also the progress bar hasn't budged

I received the message yesterday that a software update was available. I connected to wifi with a strong signal but nothing is happening. I have tried connecting about 5 different times but all it says is connect to wifi to download the update. Any ideas?

It Strikes me as odd that the car has no SPARE but I suppose that's the way of the future and Im fine with that. If you had to PIN down a reason of course its economics. Hopefully roadside service will be available on a timely basis if needed.
