Talked with the construction engineers this morning and they stated that the installation is completed and now they are only waiting for the city to allow them to "turn the switch". I am hopeful!- mott

I talked with two engineers from the construction company at the site today. As I suspected, the holdup is due to SDG&E; they are scheduled to install two transformers on April 14th. I have my fingers crossed!- mott
