trunk lid alignment adjustment

I walked out my car and found this. The trunk hatch no longer is lined up with the glass. There is no damage and it is aligned everywhere else. Is this something with the shock? Tesla is saying it is not covered as it is an alignment issue. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Anyone have experience or knowledge for correcting trunk lid alignment (height) issue? Note the bottom of the lights you'll see how it is mis-aligned. The trunk lid is noticeably lower than the fender and before I started playing with it I was hoping for some advise. Thanks in advance! p.s...
