"1976 elecric car with 357 miles. This Sebring-Vanguard CitiCar is considered by some to be the vehicle that started the second coming of electric produced between 1974 and 1977. The US-based Sebring-Vanguard proved that electric worked in a compact, lightweight package.
"With only eight six-volt deep-cycle batteries on board, the fiberglass and aluminum CitiCar boasts a range of 35 miles and a top speed of around 35-40 miles. Today, the CitiCar is cherished by collectors. Only 2,300 or so CitiCars were ever produced, but still that was enough to make it the most-produced electric vehicle in American history until the Tesla Roadster took over. Tire size 4.80 12"; original white seats excellent. The image shown here is from an auto museum but very similar in color and shape. Overall condition of the car is very good."
