I posted my recent review over on the Model Y forums. If you’re debating this...just do it. I did the research for you! I could not be happier. Really great service and value. Doug and Matt and the folks doing the work are fantastic. On my drop-offs and pick-ups I noticed how many Teslas they were taking care of each and every day. Doug even talked me out of doing some work on the car that I asked about. He didn’t think it would be good bang for the buck. He told me to wait and see how I felt later and he would be more than happy to do it. I appreciated his honesty and he and his team will be getting more of my business in the future.
