I just ordered a new M3, and saw that it comes with the "Cold Weather Feature". I believe this includes the heated rear seats, steering wheel, and windshield wiper area. But does it also include anything else, such as front mud flaps and PPF? I saw some posts from 2022 saying that some people had those included for free, while others didn't depending on location. I'll be picking the car up from Mt Kisco, NYC. Thanks!
