Thanks but I have done several scroll button & brake reboots , and a power off reboot , disconnected my usb sentry stick , deleted all my nav destinations, still nothing , haven’t tried it this morning yet , I did call Tesla support , he said it might be a hardware issue , taking it in on the 13th , I just wondered if anybody else had this issue , it seems weird haven’t really had any problems until now , not sure what happens if I do a factory reboot?

Not sure why they can’t do that over the air waves!!!
If the computer is in such a bad way that it's not able to communicate with other parts of the car on the same physical network, it makes sense to not entrust a firmware update (which could turn said computer into an expensive paperweight if it goes sideways) to be successfully delivered over-the-air.
