i just went through this. I was pretty upset. But, there are a lot of good youtube videos about it. Sanding alone might be all you need. it looks like you have plastidip on there. I do. It makes it a bit trickier. I didn't want to take all of it off the wheel and start over so I just redid the area. If it weren't for the plasti dip I think it would be hard to spot. But as it is no one could tell it's there unless I point it out. Here is a good video to start with
