dent after amp replacement from inside out. options

I had body work done on my m3p. they had to replace the r. tail light and when i picked up from tesla the speakers didnt work. so i had to drop it off to service center again, and

after i picked it up after the replaced the speakers i noticed this inside to outside dent in my r. rear. i know it wasnt there before since i ceramic coated the car a few days before. i figure they may have tapped on something in trunk during replacement of amp. i messaged the service center, but i wonder what my options will be.
